Only thing that works for me is to either get on a exercise program that dictates when you go or find a partner that you schedule with. It's harder to say no to someone else than it is yourself0

Yes, it takes a while and it is hard work. I go to the gym so I can eat more, I also happen to like it. In the last two weeks, I only lost a half pound. I was disappointed but I'm not going to get frustrated enough to give up. Hope that helps :happy:0

"Hard work" is very subjective.
To me, so far, it's been a breeze. Mainly because i still eat everything i used to, just now in moderation. All my exercise isn't done for the purpose of burning calories, that's just a by-product of doing things i want to do for fun, so i dont consider it as "hard" or "exercise".0 -
healthy eating and SWEAT SWEAT SWEAT is what it takes. I'm ready to be skinny too!!!0

Just keep at it. Make sure you are being honest with yourself. Counting everything you do eat and continue to get on the move. Build it up a little more each day. Try to be active for at least 1hr a day more if you have a seditary life style. Try getting a pedometer and getting at least 7,000 steps a day and an active day will have 10,000 ( this is suggested). And drink your water. It's the biggest key I think to weight loss. If you are doing all of these and not seeing any kind of weight loss check with your doctor you might have a thyroid problem or possibly some other metabolic problem, like insulin resistance. I have both and it wasn't until they found out the sencond part that I was able to get any weight off no matter what I did. I lost 10lbs and hadn't even noticed. Now with the proper medication and diet I'm able to make some progress. And the doctors said I would not be able to lose any weight. Kind of looking forward to getting weighed next visit. I'm no where close to where I need/ want to be but I'm a whole lot closer than where I was yesterday! Good luck Keep at it.0

All of the above, and don't be afraid to get a little naughty.0
