DP Stationary Bike (any good?...)

So, I would really like to invest in an inexpensive stationary bike to use the days it is rainy outside (like today) and I cannot go outdoors for a walk, etc.

I found this one on CL.. and wanted some opinions

It's not 'modern' or anything, but sometimes I think older things work better. I'm just curious if anyone has one of these, and how they like it.. etc. Any reviews or suggestions I can get would be most helpful. :)
