My Crockpot Recipes :)
Pics/ingredients/calories, followed by the process to make
Cheesy Mexican Chicken & Veggies:
Put chicken in first, then veggies, then tomatoes, then cooking cream.
Cook on low for 8 hours, serve with rice...or drain and serve in tortillas. I think we ate this on chips one day on baked tortilla chips for nachos too, lol.
Crockpot Baked Ziti:
Mix together the tomato sauce, water, spices, mrs. dash, and cottage cheese.
Layer rigatoni, tomato mixture, and small broken-up pieces of the ground turkey.
(If you make with ground beef, brown it first.)
Set to cook on low for 8 hours.
15 mins before serving, put diced mozzerella on the top and let it melt.
Crockpot Beef Stroganoff:
Mix together soup and onion dip mix, with 1/2 cup water.
Put beef in first, then veggies, and cover with soup mixture.
Set to cook on low for 8 hours.
When it's cooked for 6 hours, stir in the noodles and let cook for the remaining 2 hours.
Crockpot Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice:
Mix together the rice, soup, Mrs. Dash, and water.
Put chicken in first, then veggies, then rice/soup mixture.
Let cook on low for 8 hours.
