Your "goal" calories

When youre on the food diary and it says a calories goal, like 1500, is the goal to eat exactly 1500, or is the goal to get below 1500?

get as close as possible. a little over or a little under is ok.0

they recommend getting close to it, if you exercise you get bonus calories to use if you want them.0

You're gonna have to learn what works for you. I'm alloted 1600 calories..but average maybe 1200. But I started 5 weeks ago and I've lost 20lbs. So, do a trial run and see what happens. Remember....you have to eat!0
