since i have gotten my bodybugg i have been burning way more calories than MFP gives me. therefore i am eating way less. i burn differently day to day and i do not know how much i have burned until the end of the day when i plug in my bodybugg for the totals. how do i know what to set my calorie limit at? do i need to eat more? MFP gives me 1,740 before exercise. but according to my bodybugg i burn anywhere from 2,200-3,000 calories a day. i am set to lose 1/2 a lb a week. EX. today according to my bodybugg i burned 2,727 calories. According to MFP with exercise i got about 2,100 calories. however i only ate about 1,725 calories but i feel satisfied. do i need to change my calorie goal on MFP or what should i do?

Why not eat today's exercise calories tomorrow?
I tend to exercise erratically and late I usually just eat my exercise calories the following day.
It be hard to get it done same day If I'm getting home at 9pm and trying to get to bed by 11pm
I don't bank them and let them accumulate so I can have a giant pig out, but I figure as long as I'm using them in 24-36 hours I should be good

As long as whatever you do, you do is consistently you'll probably be fine.

this is a tiny bit off topic from your question, but i bought a little display that goes along with my BodyFitMedia. so i can see how many calories i am burning whenever -- during the day, after a workout, etc... way before syncing it to the BMedia website. the display also shows how many steps i took during the 24 hours, total amount of time being active, etc.... it's a cool little device. i am sure that BodyBugg has one too... good luck!

any other thoughts would be helpful not sure what i should do here.

and a bodybugg and bodymedia fit are devices you wear on your arm that more accurratly tell you how many calories you burn a day and how many steps you take
