if you are trying to get drunk it doesnt take as long so you drink less.
This has always backfired on me. :blushing:

How is that scar healing :P0 -
Red wine. Don't like any hard alchohol.0

I vote for shots with a diet pepsi to chase them. Cheaper that way usually too.0

I like the link you put up. I wandered over to the spiced rum and had a taste. lol0

My go-to cocktail is vodka and soda with a squeeze of lemon and lime. Refreshing, clean, low-cal and will get u good and tanked in a pinch ;-P0

I take a little bottle of MiO in my purse, just order a vodka (sometimes mixed with a little water, depending on how strong you want it) and put in a few drops of the MiO, adjust according to taste. Just the calories for the vodka and works well if you don't like straight shots. MiO comes in several different flavors.0

You just reminded me to put my next bit of bio oil on it. Thanks0 -
red wine is my favorite and only has about 123 cals for every 5 oz. also yes, vodka with something like Crystal Lite is a good mix. i sometimes have a 'Cape Cod' which is vodka and cranberry juice. it's only about 140-150 cals total... and yummy!0

I would go with Red Wine 2-3 Glasses on the weekend. It does not interrupt the weight loss. Tried and tested formula.
Beer and Scotch make me feel bloated and enhances water retention!0 -
Thanks for posting this! I'm off out tonight for my fiance's birthday and haven't drank for a while but after a good weight loss today i want to have the least amount of calories in the drink because i am 90% certain i'll go for cheesy chips enroute home!
Im tempted by going with what most people say and have vodka...if i have vodka and diet coke, is that ok? Or Would Archers and lemonade/tonic be better?
Don't think i'm brave enough to do it straight..oh and what is a chaser?
Haha you can see i haven't really been drinking since i've started on here!0
