Help to Curb the Crave

Alright. So I admit it - I'm a social eater.

If I'm around people who are eating a lot of food, it's weird for me to just eat a small portion of it. For example; I LOVE hot dogs. Especially those that are cooked over an open flame.

Tomorrow my fiance is hosting a wiener roast and I need help. I'm really trying to get fit and lose weight for Disneyland (92 days) and I already cheated today.

So help me out! Give me your tips! How do you hold back from over-indulging when around other people? How do you say 'no' to those foods that you KNOW are awesome?
