Need to lose 100lbs by middle of next year. Have been on this roller coaster ride for way to long. When I track my daily intake, it seem i do much better in the loss game.

I do much better when I track my eating. Have been on MFP for a bit now but went on vacation for 2 weeks and with no tracking and not enough exercise I ended up gaining 2 lbs.0

its usually water weight when u go on vacation because of all the sodium, 2 lbs isnt too bad considering how long u were gone for. I usually gain 2-5 lbs when I go on vacation even if I watch what I eat and do.0
