JUICING FOR BrEaKfAsT .......uhhm

I am not a breakfast person. I can skip it in a heartbeat. But I do realize you have to eat breakfast to jumpstart your metabolism. I would like a healthy quick meal such as an apple spinach and a carrot. Not on a plate but in a glass. Question good or bad idea..If you juice I want some feed back or perhaps a recipe. I have never juiced before. HELP MVP .....

    I do juicing occasionally and I can tell ya .. its very tasty.. you can pretty much use anything but the kitchen sink..lol One of my favorites for breakfast is Spinach an apple carrots , blueberries dandelion a pinch of cinnamon and a splash of lemon juice very tasty!
  • 2 cups spinach
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 cup water
    1tbs peanut butter
    1 scoop chocolate whey protein mix
    1 cup strawberries
    1 banana
    1 tbs coconut oil

    Between 500-600 calories, depending on variables. My morning fave, fills a 4 qt jar and I sip on it for 45 minutes at work. :)

    I need juicing ideas too. I have a home grown Garden so I have just been putting things in my juicer. I had carrot, cucumber and apple and a celery stick and it was pretty good. I also did all fruit on day. Mango, watermelon, strawberry, rasberries and 2 oranges and that was really good.
