I am down fifteen pounds in forty days! I love the weight loss and support of my MFP family- which is way I am requesting your help. My legs and arms are freaking fabulous - best they have looked in years! The gut is in a rut. I love cardio (spinning, zumba, step) but haven't found anything or exercise to just focus on the core. Any suggestions would help? I plan on making my own map for in the gym to help with this problem area. Thanks so much!

Jogging will help!!! Also you need to do different things to wake up your abs!! Dont just stick to one thing... Have a look on youtube, they have everything there!! Look for tums 8 min work out, will take a while, but take it slow and build up, remember to only work hard for 2 days then rest that part of the body, and work another, ie run for 2 days then abs the next.. xx Good luck xx0
