MJ Delisle - Spring Rolls (in food database)
Wonton Wrappers (60)
Maple Leaf Ground Chicken (1/2 .408 kg pkg)
1 1/2 cups Cole Slaw Mix (Dry)
1 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
Chicken broth (1/4 cup)
1 tsp olive oil
Cook Chicken & set aside. In same pan saute cole slaw, onions & garlic. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil & butter. Add chicken mixture & turn burner off.
Place wonton wrappers on a flat surface and wet. Add approx 1 tsp of chicken mixture to each and roll. Make sure to seal the ends.
Bake on cookie sheet greased with 1 tsp olive oil in oven at 450 degrees for approx 7 minutes or until desired crispiness.
