"Bratty Bry's butt, thigh and calves"

Butt squeeze lift (lay flat on floor, knees up and shoulder width apart - don't let your butt touch the floor and remember to squeeze those cheeks!) - 20 lifts

Floor leg lift (lay on your side on the floor) - lift right leg directly above left leg - 20 x's

Floor leg lift (lay on your side on the floor) - slightly bend left (bottom) leg and lift right leg out in front of your body - 20x's

SWITCH SIDES!

Floor leg lift (lay on your side on the floor) - lift left leg directly above right leg - 20x's

Floor leg lift (lay on your side on the floor) - slightly bend right (bottom) leg and lift right leg out in front of your body - 20x's

Side to side lunges (feet spread as far out as you can stand) - standing position, lunge side right (palms touching the ground), stand up, lunge side left up (palms touching the ground). 20 lunges right/left. (standing, right, standing, left counts as one lunge).

Deep squats (legs shoulder width apart, back straight, butt out) squat as deep as you can for 20 squats

Standing lunge (right leg in front, left leg back) - 20 lunges

Standing lunge (left leg in front, right leg back) - 20 lunges

Standing right leg lifts - 20 lifts out to side

Standing left leg lifts - 20 lifts out to side

Standing calf raises (right hand on hip, left hand on wall, left leg wrapped/tucked around right ankle) 20 lifts (off toes only)

Standing calf raises (left hand on hip, right hand on wall, right leg wrapped/tucked behind left ankle) 20 lifts (off toes only)

Rest one minute

Repeat entire workout 5 x's

***It took me 50 minutes exactly. I definitely felt and loved the burn. Enjoy!

    I got to the end of the 2nd round and literally thought I was going to stop breathing or my heart was going to explode.... it was AWESOME! I pushed though and was glad I completed it, soaked in sweat.

    I want to add that the first part, (the floor leg lifts and butt squeezes) are also GREAT for strengthening the muscles that support your KNEES!

    I'll give this workout a go too!
