Once again, I am back to fitnesspal. I feel like this is the only i way i can track my food intake while being on the go. I tried weighwatchers for some time and i couldnt stay on the whole points deal.. I feel like calorie counting is more realistic.
I love this site since everything i eat is listed and i can add quick cals when i just don't have the time to look for the foods. This is the first time I am introducing myself and hopefully i can use this as a support. Definitely doing this together with others is of great help! I think I would feel more accountable. Wish eveyone the best!

I think a healthy lifestyle means doing it forever. You need to find healthy substitutions for the things you love so you can keep it up and not feel deprived. Welcome back and good luck this time. :drinker:0

I started the plan a week ago and am enjoying a 3 lb weight loss already. I also was on Weight Watchers. I was with them for 15 years until they came up with their new plan. I like counting calories instead of points. It's more realistic and I feel more accountable.0

Did u not lose any weight while on weight watchers? Was it not counting the fruits and vegetables that u didn't like about the new program?0
