Training 5 times this week and healthy eating all week, no alcohol and still have lost no weight.......what to do what to do.......:(( :sad:

    Is your weekly goal correct for the amount you are looking at losing? (with less than 15 lbs the goal should be 0.5lbs/week)
    Do you eat your exercise calories back?
    How are you calculating those cals? you may be over estimating your burn
    Are you weighing and measuring everything your eat? If not you may be eating more than you think
    did you recently start exercising? When starting a new routine, or increasing intensity your muscles will store water to protect them and aid in recovery (water weight)
