In terms of weightloss, I've pretty much reached my goal and just want to maintain now.
I ditched 5x/week 45min cardio in favor of 5x/week weightlifting + 5x/week mini 20min cardio a couple weeks back. I'm lifting as heavy as I can, to the point of exhaustion.
Ever since I started this new routine, I have been extremely hungry. Not a little hungry, but more like I want double the amount of food I've been eating hungry.
Does it eventually go away, or is this weightlifting's effect?

Definitely a response of weightlifting. i am super hungry following my workouts. But it's a good time to take in those calories...your glycogen is depleted so all those good nutrients get sucked into those muscles!
Never seems to go away for me...been doing it for 10 years.....always hungry!0 -
Your metabolism is really going now. Eat more and enjoy! You're at maintenance now right?0
