new smoothie made this morning...1/2 cup cooked oatmeal, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 banana, ice, and water...not real sweet and very filling...breaksdown to 273 calories, 42 clean carbs, 4 fat, 19 protein, 34 sodium, and 9 sugar...great morning smoothie...ENJOY!
