1 Month Challenge - Day 7

Goooood morning fitness buddies! (though it's almost afternoon, oops!)

We're a quarter of the way there! Everyone has been doing really great with logging every day! Congratulations! And we've had some really inspiring progress - a marathon, 5 lbs lost, 240 days consistently logged (O.o) amazing!

So I tried to log my evening last night, which did go mildly astray - pre-concert cocktail hour hor dourves were what I had planned for calorie-wise, but then a good friend I haven't seen in a while wanted to grab drinks after, and we went to a fabulous place (The Brandy Library - very chi chi, if you're ever downtown by franklin street in NYC, you MUST go. Save your calories, because it's totally worth it) We each had a cocktail and shared these BEAUTIFUL little plates - figs wrapped in prosciutto with mint and little lamb sausages wrapped in puff pastry. WORTH IT! And def. not as bad as it could have been - before I would have wolfed down the whole cheese platter at the pre-concert event and had a second glass of wine as well, so progress.

Going to make sure I get in my exercise today and stick strictly to my calorie count.

    Congrats Lara!!! that is great progress, and I loved the positive spin there!

    I'm really sucking!! i keep fluctuating between the same 4lbs, i'm up that much again, but when i'm good for a week i go down again, but only to that one number, gah. Horrible week, no working out and two dinner parties! yikes!
