NO MUSCLES!!!!!!!!

I only started exercising 3 days ago but I am wondering if I am not doing enough because I have no muscle pain or discomfort at all. I am doing your basic exercises (crunches, push ups, leg lifts, etc) but the next day I don't feel any tightness or soreness and wonder what I am doing wrong... Any help would be greatly appreciated

    the easiest.. quickest.. advise i can give u.. do each group of muscle (legs, arms, abs, back ) for at least 30 mins!.. circuits are best bc u dont stop and u keep ur hear t rate up.. but! do each exercise (try to do anywhere from 3-5 diff exercies) for 30 seconds or so each (1 set) try to do at least 3 sets.. and make sure by the last few(sets) u can barely do anymore!... do them till failure(meaning u cant possibly do ONE more).. and just went u think u cant do anymore! do another set, and then maybe one more after that!.. its called pushin urself!.. it should hurt.. it should be BEYOND ur comfort level.. i always say.. just when u think ur done.. ur only half way thru!.. ull be sore ill the next session! guaranteed!.. happy lifting!!

    Some people don't get sore. I only 'feel it' when I really push myself or up the weight.

    Either DOMS, or you need to pick heavier weights.
