New to website

Hello,
My name is Kiley, and I have been using the fitnesspal app for a while now. This is the first time I have gotten on the actual website. It really helps me stay accountable. January of this year I started watching calories and did the Turbo Fire program. I use fitness pal to track calories in and use the bodybugg to track calories out. I do not eat healthy, just look at calories....some days I have to exercise a lot. I started out at 173 lbs, got down to 159 and now am currently 164. I generally fluctuate between 160-165. My goal is to be consistently under 160. I have been better lately about having a calorie deficit, and hope to reach my goal by the end of the year.
