Hello, I'm Kirksey & I’m happy to say that I’ve nearly reached the end of my weight loss journey.
I began February 2010 weighing 227 pounds, and I was only 20 years old. It took me an entire year of working out and eating poorly to lose exactly 20 pounds. February 2011 came around and I was still 207. I decided that I would give “low-carbing” a try after I read the protein power life plan book. I ended up losing 30 pounds in a three month span. Now I’m down to 177, a size 10 in pants and a medium in tops. I have 15 more pounds to lose before I am in what my doctor claims is a healthy weight range for my body.
My legs & stomach are still pretty flabby so i have a lot of strengthening/toning to do but i'm excited!
I'm new to myfitnesspal so i'm open to any tips anyone can offer
