Hey everyone

I am fairly new to fitness pal. I have recently began keeping track of what I eat so that I can make the most of my workouts. I do cardio and wieghts 4-5 times a week and like to keep track of my protien and carb intake to help get my body toned up. I don't need to lose weight i just want to be strong and healthy. I like that I can use fitness pal to keep track of it all and keep everything balanced.
