Hey Guys,
I'm looking for a spinning workout I can do by myself at the gym. About 30-50 minutes long. I want an easy minute-by-minute guide to follow along. Is there anywhere I can download one without having to sign up to a website? Much appreciated!!

There is also a book that you can get called cycling workouts in a binder (I think is the title... they have the swimming ones too) I looked into getting this book but it wasn't quite what I was looking for when I teach my classes. Once you get an idea of what types of things can and are done during cycling you could write your own classes based on the playlist that you want to use. Slower songs for climbs, sprints on the chorus of songs etc. And let me tell you I can't listen to music without thinking "oh I could use this to _____ in cycling!" lol0
