Hi All
I seem to do fine meeting my daily goals in everything but sugar. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep my sugar count a little lower? Or should I even worry about it?
Thanks.

I've heard a lot of people on this site say that the sugar count is too low for them. If the sugar is coming from natural sources like fruits, you shouldn't worry about it too much. The one you need to watch is refined sugars in "junk food", high fructose corn syrup, etc...

You can also try switching to a different source of sugar. Instead of using the real stuff, try Splenda or Stevia. I know that Splenda tastes just fine, but I'm thinking of trying Stevia myself.0
