Hi there.
I am two weeks' into my new eating plan-I am following Nerys and Indias Idiot Proof Diet-From Pig to Twig. Essentially a low carb regime. I am a carboholic so it's been tough! I was very pleased to lose 8.5lbs in ten days, but these last few days my weight has plateaued-I haven't cheated, but some sneaky "hidden" carbs must've got in somewhere.
I am hoping the food diary will keep me on track. I have also started doing "The 30 day Shred" exercise dvd, which has been challenging to say the least
It would be great to hear from anyone who is low carbing and/or has successfully lost and maintained weight this way.
