Hi. New to MFP!

Hi there.

I am two weeks' into my new eating plan-I am following Nerys and Indias Idiot Proof Diet-From Pig to Twig. Essentially a low carb regime. I am a carboholic so it's been tough! I was very pleased to lose 8.5lbs in ten days, but these last few days my weight has plateaued-I haven't cheated, but some sneaky "hidden" carbs must've got in somewhere.
I am hoping the food diary will keep me on track. I have also started doing "The 30 day Shred" exercise dvd, which has been challenging to say the least:smile:
It would be great to hear from anyone who is low carbing and/or has successfully lost and maintained weight this way.
