hi,

I am new, I am 23 and I have been trying to loose weight since i was 15. From what I have seen so far i think i am going to enjoy keeping the food and exercising diary. It seems alot easier to keep track of what your eating and burning off/not burning, in turn making it easier to eat less and motivate you to excersice more.
