I've never thought there's one hard and fast rule of weightloss. Assigning it a number seems arbitrary really... I figure that you should put more out than you put in.. surely that's the key?0

I think the 3500 calorie thing seems to work as a guide and a starting point. Ultimately, you have to do what works for you. Logging and tracking and interpreting data is key.
That's why I weigh daily and log all my food and exercise.0 -
Woo thats alot of numbers.. I think eat less move more works just nicely :-) Activity is key to losing weight0

Gather as much info as honestly as you can, track and log as much as you can. Then interpret... try something new and check cause and effect, then adjust to suit yourself0
