You guys almost killed me last night!
This PMS is killer. Strange thing is that I haven't started yet. I'm late (ish) probably because of losing weight and the lifestyle change. But the RAGE is in full effect. And I know I'm gaining some of the weight back cuz my pants are snug again. Can't wait for it to be over.
As for the working out.....not so sure what I'm gonna accomplish today. I'm starting with the goal of completing my Couch to 5K Week 1 Exercise 3. After that.....we'll see.

Ok I did my very first 30 Day Shred! I am wore out and sweating like a pig! Good workout though! I can see why it works! Keep up the good work all!0

That's awesome! I've pun ked out on mine the last two nights. I got to make it up. I have to do a workout when I get home from church, the 2 I missed. Then work out with him tonight. I'm going to be exhausted tonight!!!0

oh i so slept in today with my bf until noon :laugh:
that's ok. i plan to workout at some point this afternoon. it's his birthday so we're having a homemade birthday dinner. basically stuff potatoes with veggies and some cheese, steak, and probably carrots. then some angel food cake for dessert. i didn't get up in time for breakfast today and started my day out with lunch, so i'll have enough calories for everything :happy:0 -

ok girl I am here, I just got off work, its eleven I have to be up at 4 to be at work at 530 am.. I am super proud of myself I made 40 eggrolls homemade today and I didn t even eat one of them, My managers loved them though....Yeah, I think I was brown nosing a little no actually they already love me. Well keep up the great work purple people eaters.....Tamara0

:drinker: my day has been great. the very first thing i did after getting caught up on sleep is run a good 6 miles! that set the entire day off to a good start. ive stayed w/in my calories and ate well.
am looking forward to a successful week!0 -

Awesome!!! I am one of those wonderful morning people too. NOT!! But once you get in the groove of it, it is not so bad.. Although I have strained my ACL in my knee so now I can't work out till it heals. :mad: I have gained 2lbs since then.
Oh well..keep on keepin' on...Good job!!!!0 -

Thanks!! I have been at a stand still for a month again and now gained the 2lbs...but I did have a guy call me a hottie the other day anyway and tell me I didnt' need to lose a pound!! Always nice to hear :bigsmile: I am trying to not get frustrated. I still have 40 lbs to go...I am adding a protein shake to make up some calories. I have not been getting enough. Maybe this will help.0
