Parmesan Crusted Zucchini/Mushroom...fries?! RECIPE!

I don't know if you guys love fries as much as I do...but I FRIGGEN LOVE FRIES! However, I also care about how I eat...therefore that causes me to get CREATIVE! So voila, here is a healthy alternative when you're desperately craving some fried food!

And believe me when I say that this ENTIRE plate...including the dip....was 560 calories.

Parmesan Crusted Zucchini & Portobella Fries w/Spicy Ranch Dip:
-1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
-1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
-1 egg white
-2-3 tbsp light soy milk
-zucchini, seeded
-portobella mushroom pieces
-1/2 tbsp hot sauce
-3-4 tbsp light ranch dressing
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Mix egg white with soy milk in one container, and bread crumbs and parmesan in another.
3. Dip zucchini/mushrooms in egg/milk mixture.
4. Coat with parmesan/bread mixture.
5. Put in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until brown and crispy.
6. Mix ranch and hot sauce together for a dip.
7. ENJOY THE **** OUT OF THEM!!!!
Toasted Veggie Wrap:
-80 calorie whole wheat tortilla
-Vegetables (whatever you want)
-Feta cheese
-Light italian dressing
1. Add vegetables, feta and italian onto tortilla.
2. Wrap up.
3. Put on foreman for 3-4 minutes (or until toasted to satisfaction).
4. ENJOY THE **** OUT OF IT!!!
