Just joined this site today, but not new to changing my lifestyles. Note I did not say "dieting" - because I DO strongly feel that I am not dieting, I am learning how to take care of my body properly.

I am an avid cyclist. I road, xc mountain, and downhill mountain bike. When I am healthy and season is peak, I ride 4-5 times a week, averaging 90 minutes of cardio per ride. Thats a lot of cardio :)

I've also recently started working with a personal trainer three times a week. I quickly lost 7% body fat and am LOVING it.

I also have been working with an Ironman triathlete who is a nutritionist and owns his Max Muscle franchise re-teaching me how to eat. I am LOVING it.

Now I am here for the support, to watch my overall calories and have one place to centralize my journaling.

    Sounds like you already have the knowledge to achieve your goals, this site will provide you with some tools and great motivation to make it even easier.
