Turbulence Training is a complete workout and fitness program that has been around for years.
Turbulence Training was created by Craig Ballantyne who is a Men's Health magazine expert and a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
The program is a series of workouts and nutritional guides that prides itself on being free of cardio. The workouts are comprised of weight training and interval training, although the whole training can be done just by using bodyweight exercises and no weights in the comfort of your own home.
Turbulence Training is available as two different programs one specifically for men and the other just for women. I myself found a copy of it on the internet. After reading all the reviews I could find, I decided to give it a try. The whole workout is done in about 45min this includes the cardio, which is really fast paced. go to turbulencetraining.com
They charge a fee to download it. A friend of mine gave me a copy free.0 -

I am using it, and I can't complain about the results. I and doing the TT body weight cardio 3 program, and in 2 weeks I have lost 1 1/2 inches off my chest, 2 inches off my belly, and 1 7/8 inches off my hips. I have had TT programs for a while, but only started using them now. I highly recommend it, well worth the cost. Craig is quite accessible to answer questions and give alternatives for exercises.0

I have copies of this workouts and they look great. I haven't tried them out yet because I am doing Jamie Eason's program right now. The one thing that I don't like about Craig is, once he has your email address, he spams you DAILY and I am about ready to put Craig Ballantyne on my blocked senders list.0

I like the e-mails. I have learned a lot from them. Having said that, if you don't want them just unsubscribe. There is a link at the bottom of the e-mail to do so. If you have not tried that, and had it not work, it is sort of unfair to claim it is spam. First try to unsubscribe.0 -
Sounds great guys. I have been doing it for about 5 months, with great results. One big thing I have noticed, is my ability to out run my friends. LOL! Much of the cardio is sprint training.0

It works great. In substance it is not much different from what I did before it, but the workout designs are done very well making them very challenging.0
