Tonight I ran a mile and a half in the rain -- I think that this was the first time in my life I've run a mile without stopping to walk now and then, let alone in the rain.
Unfortunately my scale hasn't moved at all in the last week, even though I've kept my calorie intake low and I've been jogging every day. I seem to be stuck at 226.

Maybe change up how you jog, like do interval training or run longer and even shorten the runs. Your body may not change if your workouts are the same everyday.0

If you did it tonight, you may have a big loss in a couple of days...0

That is so awesome! One mile w/out stopping. Congrats. I know it feels good. Your building muscles baby... you know your stronger, you pushed thru the rain. Maybe next week switch up your cardio a bit, keep your body guessing. Just keep moving. Cheers.0
