94 lbs and going!!!

Downloaded MyFitness pal app on Feb 11, after a trip to ER with a mild stroke!

With it's help I've been able to loose 94 lbs so far, now losing the last 60lbs in not daunting at all. Stay with it every day...login and stay honest with yourself. Don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day...we all do. :bigsmile:

On a side note, I had spine surgery 1 year ago, quit smoking then after 10 years chain smoker. Unfortunately the surgery didn't resolve my health issues and I'm 2 months away from going on LT disability. I had to loose weight to live comfortablty now and in the future.

Tips that worked for me:

Eat tons of veggies everyday. Plan your week by going to the farmer's market or grocery store at least 3 times to pick the freshest produce. Wash, cut and cook your own food...it's phycological also for LT success.

BIG breakfast...Liquid eggs with garlic, mushrooms, onions, yellow squash, eggplant, tomatoes and serrano peppers. Add Sriracha sauce for flavor. Mix up your veggies everyday to keep it fresh.
