my cycle has always been horrible but it got worse as i gained weight. now that im healthier i dont feel the pain of clots and my periods are lighter

Hmm. I didn't even think about this. When I was smaller I had the easiest periods in the world. No cramping, like two days of lightness, done! Now that I'm heavier things can be terrible! I figured it was me getting older..but my weight may have something to do with it. Thanks for the insight!0

Yes!! Working out and eating right does make a difference in the cramps and such!
Growing up my mom was super thin and a big time runner, she said often she wouldnt even get a period! Ive never been that lucky! LOL0 -

I find mine are shorter and lighter now, which is a good thing.0 -
my periods have never been normal..always horrible but they got worse as i gained weight...now i still have some of the symptoms but 4 the most part its gotten better0
