    things like tightening your belt another notch or buying smaller clothes or noticing your jaw, chin and neck are actually all separate body parts....:laugh: :laugh:

    Are inches NSV's?

    I've lost 8" off widest part of tummy and 4 " off waist.

    I'm also fitter than I was this time last year, can sit for longer, hold balance better standing for transfers and exercise for longer... all important in the battle to keep independence!
