Different Nutritional Fact btw website and Recipe Books

I'm not sure if anyone else has come across this problem, but when I list my recipes by each ingredient the nutritional facts and calorie count are completely different from the ones listed in the fact sheets of my recipe books (sometime by over 150 calories). I'm not sue which I should be using, and it's a bit frustrating. Any advice?

  • I wouln't sweat it! Just tweak the serving amount so it lines up with which ever one you think is correct. Good luck!
