HRM Settings

Hey all,
I just finished my cardio session for the day and burned 436 calories. However, I went back and looked at my HRM settings and realized that I still had my weight set at 130 when I am really now 142. Is a calorie burned, a calorie burned or do you think since my settings were off I actually burned MORE or LESS?
Thanks!!
PS. Have YOU worked out today?! Push it!

The more you weigh, the more you burn because your body is heavier and therefore has to work harder!
Great job!0 -
You would of burned alot more than that! The heavier you are the more calories you burn during any excercise!0

You would have definitely burned more by having your weight set higher.
This is quite common amongst HRM users. Forgetting to keep your profile up to date as you loose / gain weight.0 -
Awesome! Woo hoo! I thought I burned more but I just needed to check. Thanks peeps!0
