So , it seems that I am just sucking all over the place, ive hit a plateau and i seriously dont know how to get over it. So this is what I ask of you, oh MFP gods! ( and goddess'... and eunuchs..... and uh.... "questionables") I need an accountability partner, well..actually, more like a sponsor. Someone who is willing to check on me once a week and try to help me help myself stay on track. It would be hella appreciated.

kthanks!

Without knowing your stats, I couldn't say. But a typical suggestion is to up your calories and add a little more cardio.

I'll take your word for it, I don't want to be kicked in the face, so let me know if it works for you, I can't see how thats going to help you break your plateau, it may break your nose and that would really set you back.
your young you can drop weight fast, your body can recover quicky, so if I had to guess I would say diet diet diet, what are you eating. how much are you eating

Switch up your foods as well as your exercise routine and if you're diet soda drinking cut that stuff out! It might say it has no calories but it's a big culprit for that abdominal pouch so many women have as well as added poundage!
