How much protein do I need if I do 3 full body strength training wrkouts a week and if my goals are to lose bodyfat and maintain as much muscle as possible?
Is it .8 grams, 1 gram, 1.5 grams per lean body mass or is it someting else? I'm so confused as everyone seems to be saying something else.

Thos would put you at 80, 100 or 150g of protein a day. I'd shoot for 100g+ and you should be fine.
If tryin to build muscle, most people go 1.5g+
More importantly is make sure you keep workin those muscles like you're doin.0 -
According to the nutritionists at Mens Health, you should aim for 1 gram of protein per pound of current body weight to maintain lean body mass and drop fat. This formula works for women the same as it does for men. (Women are generally smaller, weigh less, need less calories, and hence less protein , etc)0

.37g per pound if you're not too active. I would shoot for 1g per pound like rluca posted. Good Luck with your endeavor!0
