I'm hoping by counting calories that I can lose some weight that seems to be coming off quite slowly. I have a question. How do I add in a casserole I make since it's not like a sub at subway or something? Glad to be here!

    Welcome! Congrats on joining! If you click the "recipe" tab under "food", you can enter your recipes item by item there, and it will tell you the calories in each serving. Good luck!

    We got General Diet and Weight Loss to the left, just past that is Fitness and Exercise, if thats your thing.

    Food, Nutrition and Recipes are out front, and Chit-Chat, Fun and Games are in the back.

    Some refreshments and snacks are over there on the table.
