So I am marinating some round tip steak in teriyaki sauce tonight for dinner. Also going to have a wonderful salad with it. My question is how do I log the sauce not know exactly how much I will end up consuming? I do know it will put my sodium levels waaay up. If anyone has any ideas I would love and appreciate the help!

I would measure the amount of sauce before you put it on the steak... then measure how much you have left and log the difference? Just an idea. I know it won't be exact. Teryaki is a lot better, sodium-wise, than soy souce. I'm using it tonight as a matter of fact lol. Hope you enjoy your lovely dinner!0
