We all know the consequences of unhealhty eating - obesity, heart disease, diabetes ... I know at least one person who never eats a vegetable that isn't fried, eats high fat, etc every day all day & has all their life. Doesn't move - I mean this guy CAN'T lift his feet off the floor because he never does.
How long can someone live like that? ball park figure

Depends on the person. Just like there are some people who can smoke into their 90s, there are also people who can eat poorly and not exercise and live just as long. It's all about quality of life. Eating well and being active have the corner on that!

Unfortunately, it's not something that affects everyone the same way. I've been overweight and had lots of caffeine and sodium most of my life yet I've always had quite low blood pressure readings at the doctor.
  • A lot depends on your genes. Needless to say the bad habits will reduce the age you could have reached. Not to mention you'd feel better while you are alive if you lived healthier.

Better not knowing when it is your time. Live your life to the fullest while you got it.

Depends. In a family prone to heart disease? Diabetes? Have their sugars or cholesterol already elevated to dangerous levels? Although, honestly, if the person can't move, whomever is caring for them could easily begin decreasing their calorie intake. Might help a little.
