It's good to feel part of this community. I started yesterday, and I am suprised of how easy it is to control your calorie intake. Incredibly good and it's also a lot of fun. Now I can "see" what I eat through the day and that helps me a lot to realize how bad I was eating. I feel that yesterday I started a new beginning. I'm full of hope and desire to continue, that's what makes a big difference. Wish the best for you all!
