I've been at it pretty hard almost 2 weeks and there's no difference on the scale to speak of. It fluctuates like crazy as scales do! Working out as much as I have, I can tell a difference in my endurance levels but that's about it. When did your changes really start becoming noticeable to you?

It took me about three weeks to actually see my weight go down. It was frustrating because my husband was losing so quickly! But if you keep at it, you should see something happen soon! I also have to make sure I am drinking enough water because that seems to really affect it! I still have a LONG way to go!!!

It could take up to a month. Are you feeling a difference in your clothes at all? Sometimes that's a better gauge than the scale. In fact, I'm leaning more towards how I feel in my clothes than what I see on the scale! I'm like you, I've been busting my butt for the last 2 weeks and eating quite well, but I've barely seen the scale move a pound. It can be frustrating, but my jeans felt a little bit bigger on me today than last week:)

Indeed. I was able to put away my fat guy jeans and go back to "fairly normal guy" size. I only weigh myself every 2 or 3 weeks anymore.
  • I have been going 1 week and feel the same as you. I can walk faster, the dog is getting in shape, but not losing anything.....but my confidence. I will keep at it but I am getting a little frustrated. Now I wont expect
to see major loss for next week so thanks for letting me know I just need to be patient. Good luck to you. This has to work at some point!

That's what I keep thinking...it's gotta work at some point. Of course I want to see something now even though I know I'm at the beginning of a new life and have a long journey ahead.
