Hello!
I recently lost 60lbs using MFP. Once I got within sight (20lbs or so) of my ultimate goal - I lost motivation. I stopped being cautious of my eating habits for a couple months. I decided today to start fresh! I deleted my old account and made a NEW one. (Goodbye 60lbs lost ticker, HELLO 0lbs lost ticker) I am hoping to kick BUTT! I know that making a new account is not going to MAKE me lose the weight, I just can use any motivation I can find. I think with a new profile set to zero and new goals will give me a bit of drive.
I will do this!! No stopping!
Please add me for support and to follow me on my journey to weight loss, and maintaining it for years to come!
