New guy looking to get very fit again

Hi Everyone,

I am a 27 year old male who is looking to get really fit for soccer and football. About 7 months ago I was very healthy and very active, but unfortunately I broke my leg. It's fine now, but I've lost the motivation and the discipline I used to have.

I still play sport 4 times a week, but I often find myself eating junk food because I can't be bothered sorting out proper meals.

I don't really need to lose much weight at all, I just need to maintain my weight, eat healthier and get fit. My dream would be to one day run a marathon.

Is anyone else in a similar situation to me?
