Why is it that as my new diet progresses my need for junkfood increases? I swear for the past 2 nites after 7pm I find myself thinking, "Man I would hurt someone for a cookie right now!"
Okay okay I know its the fat talking trying to save itself. So I
fight on.

I love the visual this post gives me! I frequently war with my fat, too.

Nah you're not nuts...I'm sure we can all relate to this...try stocking your shelves with some low calorie cookies and puddings...I love the Jello sugar free puddings...perfect for when I have a chocolate craving and not enough calories left for the real thing!

Try a Fiber One Oat's & Caramel bar...makes me fell like I am eating a candy bar. 140 calories, healthy, and 33% of your daily fiber! I take them to the theater now...so I don't feel cheated without candy! Good luck to everyone!:drinker:

I like slim a bear 100 calorie ice creams.

On a similar note, I do try to know when to say when. If I'm over in my cals, its better to just go to bed.
  • I like your guys' ideas, it helps to know what other people eat for a sweet treat. Sugar is my down fall and I am trying to kick that habit.
