there are lots of posts on this.. just search around. Yes it does get better. hang in there. I am in pain also... 30 day shred always kicks my @ss. no matter how hard I work at the gym, I never feel pain like I do after a jillian workout.
keep going... and hang in there.

It does get better or at least for me it did. The first 4 days were torture but on the 5th I only felt some niggling aches. I was completely pain free from then on till I started Lvl 2. I was sore for 3 days after starting lvl 2 and then completely pain free from then on until the very end.

Check out the thread called ultimate 30DS or something along those lines. There are tons of results there including my own. The Shred really does work.

Congrats on starting a wonderful program that will challenge you and produce results. I am now on day 6 and I feel the difference in my clothes. I am trying not to get to obsessed with the scale. I am approaching it by advancing every 10 days. I see different post saying the first day are the hardest. I am seeing that to be true. You can do it.

I have a somewhat funny on my day 1 experience. I turned completely white and collapsed. I was pouring sweat and thought I was dying. Turns out.... I had a horrible stomach bug
Guess my body was trying to fight that off and trying to do the 30ds on top of it was too much. I made it 8 minutes into level 1. The worst part was how sorry my legs were the next few days (yes from just 8 minutes) ... especially considering how much I had to run from point a to point b(athroom) over the next few days. Once I got over that and decided to try it again, I hurt my foot (completely unrelated to the video) so now I am waiting for that to heal up before trying again. :)
