I ate too much these last two days...I was out of town.

I went over my calorie budget because I was out of town with relatives and couldn't choose my food or exercise. As you can see below, I am counting down pounds and weeks. I figured 2 pounds a week. My question is: Is there anyway I can make up for my eating spree? I went over on one day by 500 and over by the other day by 600. If I exercise tomorrow (do regular plus 600) and on Tuesday do an extra 500) and don't eat those exercise calories, will it still put me into starvation mode?

just get back on track and stop worrying about it. A little fluctiation in calories is no big deal, just don't make it a habit. I don't think you need to compensate with exercise, just do what you would normally do on a good day.

Thank you so much! Being in debt (financially) or calorie wise makes me anxious, and anxiety makes it even more difficult to not overeat! I will set my mind tonight when I go to sleep. Now I am starting to think reasonably about what healthy lunch I can provide myself tomorrow! Thanks again. I LOVE THIS WEBSITE!
