Hi my name is Cheree and quite new to this web site. I have been logging in for a week now I find it very helpful and informative and easy to use. But I am a little confused about when I log my exercise in my daily calorie intake changes from my original calorie goal. Can anyone help me understand?

if your goal intake is 1200 and you dont exercise you can eat 1200 calories .....
but if you burn 400 calories your goal intake is 1600 so now you can eat 1600 because your goal is 1200 and you burn 400.....when you exercise and burn calories you goal increases....0 -
I'm no expert, but when you exercise you burn calories. From my understanding, in order to lose the weight in a healthy way, it is suggested to eat back most or all of the calories. Sometimes I burn so many calories that I can't possibly eat them back. So, I try to eat most of them back. It works for me. I hope this helps.0
