Hydrating Foods and why they are good to use

For those who may not know: I recently found out about hydrating foods. How they are good to hydrate your body better than water alone. They are high in vitamins and minerals and help in digestion. Because our bodies need water to function well these foods are really good in incorborating into your daily diet routine. They will help in our weight loss endeavors. You probably already eat them, but here are the top 5: cucumbers, watermelon, celery, romaine lettuce and strawberries. Also, apples, green beans, yogurt and oatmeal. Yes oatmeal! It absorbs a lot of water(has more water than some vegetables). This is according to good health sites. Research it and see.
I also recently found a balsamic vinigrette dressing that is really good. Its Waldon Farms Vinagrette dressing. It is calorie free, fat free, sugar free and gluten free. It tastes really good. Its great on salad, marinade on stir fry foods and I even can eat celery sticks sliced thin and dip it in the dressing and it taste good. This really helps woard off hunger in between meals or when you are not feeling full.
